We offer both digital-only and printed options.

Digital File: Sent to your email, ready to print.
Framed Print: A premium-quality print, professionally framed and delivered to your door.
Canvas Print: A stunning canvas print that’s ready to hang.
Every print option also comes with a digital file for easy sharing.

3. How fast is delivery?

Digital File: Delivered to your email within 24–48 hours after receiving your pet’s photo.
Printed Products: Draft for approval delivered to your email in 24-48 hours and delivered within 5-7 days after you approve the design.

4. What if I don’t like the first version?
We offer free revisions. Just let us know what you’d like to adjust — your satisfaction is 100% guaranteed.

5. Can I use the portrait as a gift?
Absolutely! Our portraits make unforgettable gifts for birthdays, holidays, or even as a memorial for a beloved pet. Digital files are perfect for last-minute surprises, and printed products arrive beautifully packaged, ready to impress.

6. How do I send my pet’s photo?
After placing your order, simply reply to your confirmation email with 1–2 clear, front-facing photos of your pet. You can also email them directly to us anytime.

7. What type of photo works best?
Front-facing, well-lit photos where we can clearly see your pet’s eyes, ears, and unique expression. Please avoid blurry or heavily filtered images.

9. What styles do you offer?

We currently offer 6 custom portrait styles — all created with care and a sense of fun:

Chef Style – Cooking in the kitchen, apron and all

All styles are available in black & white or full color, depending on the design.
